All interest, regardless of the asset type, is paid monthly at the end of each month.
There are two available asset types on Debitum. Their principal repayment schedule is as follows:
BULLET: You receive interest payments monthly. The borrower settles the entire loan principal amount in one lump sum at the end of the loan term.
AMORTIZING: You receive partial principal repayments every month, which progressively decreases the outstanding loan amount.
