Account balance

Invested funds
The portion of your balance that is currently allocated to active investments. These funds are committed and cannot be withdrawn until repayments are received.
Available funds
The amount of money that is not currently invested. You can use these funds to make new investments or withdraw them to your bank account.
XIRR (Extended Internal Rate of Return)
XIRR (%)
This represents your actual annualized return, taking into account the timing of your cash flows (investments, repayments, interest payments). It provides a more accurate performance measure than a simple average interest rate.
Investment performance summary
Invested by now
The total amount you have invested on the platform over time. This reflects cumulative investments, not your current active portfolio.
Received by now
The total amount you have received back from your investments, including both principal repayments and earned interest.
Loyalty & Referral Rewards
This number represents the total of all loyalty and referral-related bonuses you have received. It includes:
Loyalty Boost – additional rewards earned through your investor tier or loyalty program
Quarterly Top-Up – periodic loyalty rewards credited quarterly
Referral Bonus (one-time) – a one-time bonus for inviting a friend who invests
Elite Referral Yield (1.5%) – ongoing bonus interest earned from referrals under the elite program
Total Earned (Loyalty program)
This number reflects your cumulative earnings from referral programs only. It includes:
Referral Bonus (one-time) – the initial bonus for each successful referral
Elite Referral Yield (1.5%) – continuous bonus earned on referred investments for elite members
Key Difference
Loyalty & Referral Rewards include both loyalty program benefits and referral bonuses.
Total Earned (Loyalty program) includes only earnings generated from referrals.
