How to request an investment cancellation

To cancel an investment, you should do the following:

1. Check the status of your investment on the “My Investments” page.

2. If it shows as "Subscribed", contact our support team immediately at [email protected].

3. Make sure you contact support from the email address registered on your Debitum account.

4. Include the Asset ID and the invested amount in your request. Explain the reason why you want to cancel the investment.

5. Make sure auto-invest is disabled.


You can cancel investments only when they are in subscribed status, and you contact customer support Monday to Friday, 9:00 – 17:00 CET.

Our team will review your request and confirm if the cancellation can be processed in time.

Once an investment reaches the “Invested” stage, your funds have already been transferred to the asset issuer, and the contractual rights have been assigned. At this point, the transaction is final. This is because the investment becomes legally binding, and the funds are no longer under Debitum's control, having been allocated to the asset issuer.
