I have not received my deposit when paid via internet banking

If your deposit was charged from your bank account but is not visible in your Debitum balance, please contact our support team and send a proof of payment from your bank.

This document should clearly show:

  • Date of payment

  • Amount

  • IBAN used

  • Payment reference

This situation can happen for several reasons.

1. Incorrect payment reference

You may have used an old payment template and only changed the amount. In such cases, the previous payment reference remains in the transfer.


Each deposit requires a unique payment reference generated in your internet banking.

2. Wrongly done payment

You did not make the transfer from your Debitum account deposit page - internet banking, but copied Seb's bank account number directly into your bank and made it a manual transfer.
