3. The campaign period has not ended yet

4. The investment was made outside the campaign period
Cashback applies only to investments made during the official campaign timeframe. Investments made before the campaign starts or after it ends are not eligible.
5. The campaign applied only to specific assets
Some promotions offer cashback only for selected assets or loan originators. If you invested in a different asset that was not included in the promotion, cashback will not be generated.
6. The investment was cancelled or did not become active
Cashback is usually granted only for investments that successfully move to the "Invested" status. If the investment was cancelled or did not complete the subscription process, the bonus will not be paid.
7. You may have already received the cashback
Cashback payments are credited directly to your account balance. You can verify this by going to the My Balance page and filtering transactions by "Cashback."
What to do if you believe cashback is missing?
First, review the campaign terms and check the investment date, asset eligibility, and payout timing. If all conditions appear to be met and the cashback is still not visible after the stated payout period, contact support and provide the investment details so the case can be reviewed.
