Before you can request a withdrawal, you must have a verified bank account on file. This is a crucial security step.
How to verify your bank account for withdrawals
You must make at least one manual bank transfer (SEPA) from your bank account to your Debitum account. This action links and verifies that account.
Please note: Deposits made using the "Internet Banking" (direct banking) option do not verify your account for withdrawals.
Step-by-step guide to initiating a withdrawal
Once your account is verified, you can request a withdrawal: Funds that are confirmed as 'Invested' are legally binding and cannot be withdrawn as they are transferred to the asset issuer and tied to contractual rights. Withdrawals are only possible from your available (uninvested) wallet balance.
Log in to your Debitum account.
Navigate to the Withdrawal page.
Choose a verified bank account from the list.
Select the Withdrawal Reason.
Enter the Withdrawal Amount (you can only withdraw uninvested funds).
Review the details and click Withdraw.
Processing time: Withdrawals are usually processed within 3 business days.
Is there a withdrawal fee?
No, there is no withdrawal fee.
How do I know to which bank account the withdrawal will go?
When you navigate to the "Withdrawal" page in your account, you will be able to choose from a list of your verified bank accounts.
A bank account becomes verified and available for withdrawal only after you have made at least one successful manual bank transfer (SEPA) from that account to your Debitum account.
