Most deposits are credited automatically when the payment is made from your own bank account or card and the correct payment details are used.
All deposits to Debitum must be made in EUR.
Manual bank transfers usually arrive within 1 to 3 business days. If your deposit is still not visible after 3 business days, please contact Debitum Support and send us a proof of payment from your bank with all payment details clearly visible.
1. What payment methods are available?
Debitum currently offers the following deposit methods:
Card payment
Internet Banking
Manual bank transfer (SEPA)
Card payment
Card payment allows you to deposit funds using a payment card directly from your Debitum account.
To use this method, go to the Deposit section, select Card payment, enter the deposit amount, and follow the payment confirmation steps.
The payment card must belong to the same person as the Debitum account holder. For company accounts, the card must be connected to the company or accepted as part of the company account verification process.
Card payments are usually processed faster than manual bank transfers, but in some cases, additional checks may be required.
Any applicable fees, limits, or payment conditions will be shown before you confirm the payment.
Internet Banking
Internet Banking allows you to deposit funds directly through the available banking connection in your Debitum account.
To use this method, go to the Deposit section, select Internet Banking, enter the amount, choose your country and bank, and confirm the payment.
A small transaction fee from the payment provider may apply. If there is a fee, it will be shown before you confirm the payment.
Manual bank transfer (SEPA)
Manual bank transfer is available within the SEPA zone.
To use this method, go to the Deposit section, select Manual Transfer, and copy the bank details shown in your Debitum account.
When making the transfer from your bank, make sure to include your unique Debitum payment reference number in the payment details or payment description field.
Manual bank transfers usually take 1 to 3 business days to arrive.
2. How to make a deposit
To deposit funds, log in to your Debitum account and go to the Deposit section. There you will see the available deposit methods, Debitum's bank details, and your unique payment reference number if it is required for the selected payment method.
Before making the payment, please check that:
The payment is made from your own bank account or payment card.
The sender or cardholder name matches the name on your Debitum account.
The correct payment method and payment details are used.
Your payment reference number is included, if required.
The payment amount and currency are correct.
For security and compliance reasons, Debitum can only accept deposits from a bank account or payment card that belongs to the same person or company as the Debitum account.
If the payment is made from a joint bank account, we may ask you to provide proof that you are one of the account holders. This is usually a bank statement or bank account confirmation where both the investor's name and the joint account details are clearly visible.
3. How long does a deposit take?
Deposit timing depends on the payment method, the sending bank, and the payment provider.
Card payments are usually processed faster, but may still be subject to payment provider checks or additional verification.
Internet Banking deposits may also be credited faster, depending on the bank, payment provider, and payment processing time.
Manual bank transfers (SEPA) usually take 1 to 3 business days.
Payments made during weekends, public holidays, or outside banking hours may take longer.
4. My deposit has not arrived
If your deposit has not appeared in your Debitum account, please first check whether:
The payment was made from your own bank account or payment card.
The sender or cardholder name matches your Debitum account.
The payment reference number was included correctly, if required.
The payment was sent using the correct Debitum payment details.
The payment amount and currency are correct.
3 business days have already passed, especially for manual bank transfers.
If more than 3 business days have passed and the funds are still not visible in your Debitum account, please contact Debitum Support and send us a proof of payment from your bank or payment provider.
Please make sure that all payment details are clearly visible in the document or screenshot. This helps us locate the transfer faster and check why it has not yet been credited to your Debitum account.
5. I forgot to include the payment reference number
If you forgot to include your Debitum payment reference number in a manual bank transfer, the funds will most likely still be credited to your account, but the process may take longer because the payment has to be matched manually.
Please allow up to 3 business days for the payment to be processed.
If the funds are not visible after 3 business days, contact Debitum Support and send your proof of payment from the bank with all payment details clearly visible.
6. Can someone else make a deposit for me?
No. Deposits must be made from a bank account or payment card held in your own name.
Payments from third parties, including family members, friends, business partners, or another person's bank account or card, cannot be accepted and may be returned.
The only exception may be a joint bank account, but in this case, we may ask you to provide proof that you are one of the joint account holders.
7. When can funds be returned?
Funds may be returned if the payment cannot be accepted or matched to your Debitum account.
This can happen if:
The payment was made from another person's bank account or card.
The sender or cardholder name does not match your Debitum account.
The payment was made from a joint account, but account ownership cannot be confirmed.
The payment reference number is missing or incorrect.
The payment details are incomplete.
The payment cannot be accepted for compliance reasons.
If a payment is returned, the timing depends on the banks, card issuer, and payment providers involved. In some cases, refunds take longer time until compliance approval is received.
