There can be three reasons why an investor's account can be blocked:
1. Your document has expired
We give a grace period of one month from the moment your identity card or passport expires. Then your debitum account gets blocked, meaning you still can log in and withdraw money, upload new documents, but you can not deposit new funds.
All your investments stay safe and continue to receive interest payments.
2. Requested information not provided
Our compliance team tried to contact you via email several times with requests for additional information or documents, but there was no answer.
3. Third–party requests
We may be required to place a block on your account if we receive a valid, legal request from a third party.
