If you registered as an individual but intended to invest as a company, the account type cannot be changed directly from your profile settings.
To resolve this, you need to contact [email protected] from the email address currently registered to your account. Clearly state that you would like to invest as a company instead of as an individual.
In most cases, you will be asked to register a new account and select the "Company" account type during registration. The person completing the registration must be a legal representative of the company (for example, a Director or an authorized person).|
During the company onboarding process, you will be required to complete KYB verification and upload the necessary corporate documents, such as:
Company registration documents
Information about Directors and Ultimate Beneficial Owners (UBOs)
Proof of ongoing operations
ID and proof of address documents for relevant persons
If you have already deposited funds into your individual account, inform support about this in your message. They will advise you on the correct next steps before creating a new company account.
Your account type must match the legal entity that will be making deposits and investments. This is required for compliance and regulatory reasons.
