Go to the Verification section
Open the Address verification step
Upload a new proof of address document
Submit the document for review
What documents are accepted?
Your document must meet the following requirements:
Issued within the last 3 months
Clearly shows your full name and current residential address
Full document must be visible (no cropping or missing parts)
High-quality image or PDF (JPG, PNG, or PDF preferred)
Commonly accepted documents include:
Bank statement
Utility bill (electricity, water, gas, internet)
Official government-issued document
How long does address verification take?
Address verification is usually completed within 1–3 business days.
If additional information is required, the compliance team will contact you via email.
