How Debitum Flow works

Debitum Flow lets you invest for the long term in EU-regulated Notes under MiFID II that finance real businesses, while giving you the option to request a withdrawal before maturity.

Your investments earn an 8% annual return with daily interest payments while your funds remain invested. There are no exit fees.

1. Add funds to your account

Start by adding funds to your Debitum account.

Your Available balance shows how much money is currently available in your account.

When investing, you will also see your Remaining investment limit, which shows how much more you can currently invest in Flow.

2. Choose how much to invest

Enter your Amount to invest.

The maximum amount you can invest is limited by:

your Available balance;

the total amount currently available to invest in Flow Notes.

The minimum investment is €10 per selected Note.

You can invest up to €5000 per investor per Note.

3. Choose Notes

In the next step, you can allocate your investment across one or more Notes.

For each Note, you can see:

Remaining investment limit

Amount to invest

Interest rate

If you select more than one Note, you can adjust how your total investment is split between them.

Before confirming, you will also see the Total amount to invest and Average rate.

You can invest up to €5000 per investor per Note.

4. Confirm your investment

On the Review your investment screen, you can review:

Review the relevant investment documents and confirm that you understand and accept the risks involved.

Once submitted, your investment receives Subscribed status.

Your investment will be processed after 00:00 GMT. Until then, the investment status will remain Subscribed, and it will appear in the subscription list.

After processing, it becomes part of your Flow investments.

5. Earn interest

Your Flow investments earn an 8% annual return, and interest is paid daily while your funds remain invested.

After submitting a withdrawal request, interest continues to accrue on any amount that remains invested until it is paid out.

6. Request a withdrawal before maturity

You can request a withdrawal from a Flow investment before maturity by clicking Withdraw. In legal terms, this is a request for early redemption of your Notes.

You will see:

Available for withdrawal

Available for next-day withdrawal

Available for weekly withdrawal

Enter the Amount you want to withdraw and continue to Review withdrawal request.

Up to €1000 may be Available for next-day withdrawal.

Amounts exceeding the next-day withdrawal limit are processed through the weekly cycle, up to the applicable €5000 weekly limit, including any amount available for next-day withdrawal.

Before confirming, you will see an Expected payout schedule, showing how your withdrawal request may be processed.

The Expected payout schedule is indicative. Actual payout timing depends on available liquidity and may be affected by weekends, public holidays and processing times.

There are no exit fees for requesting an early withdrawal.

7. What determines payout timing?

The timing of your withdrawal depends primarily on available liquidity.

The Expected payout schedule is indicative and may change depending on:

available liquidity;

your position in the queue (FIFO);

weekends and public holidays;

processing times.

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received (FIFO). If sufficient liquidity is not available, the payout may take longer than initially expected.

8. Your investment while a withdrawal is pending

After submitting your request, it will appear under your Flow investment as Pending withdrawal, with the status Withdrawal request is being processed.

Submitting a withdrawal request does not immediately remove the requested amount from your investment.

the investment remains active;

interest continues to accrue on the amount that remains invested;

the withdrawal remains visible as Pending withdrawal;

your FIFO priority is retained.

Once the relevant amount has been paid out, it is removed from your investment and the proceeds become available in your account.
